The new LOŠBATES school was an open international competition to provide a conceptual proposal for a school with specific focus in modern learning environment as also diveres requirements in terms of space program, possible expansion and its insertion within the immediate and wider context.
Our proposal focused on designing a building on which all spaces are aligned with the modern-learning environment principles; a school where Active learning, Project-Based learning, Problem-Based learning, Discovery learning and Conventional learning can symbiotically interact instead of conflicting with each other, a building on which the gradual growth of learning is evident both from outside and inside and where the spaces also allow for the relevant Learning-Design performed by the academic team.
